I am so excited to return for another year of dancing at Tofield School of Dance.
I have been involved in dancing for 20 years. I have studied tap, jazz, ballet, lyrical, highland, hip hop and musical theatre. In my years, I have had the opportunity to travel all over Canada and U.S. competing and attending workshops. In the next year, I will take all I have learned to assist me in teaching each and every one of you.
I do however have certain expectations for the class.
They are as follows:

Dress code: For all classes, proper dress must be worn. A body suit and tights are required for ballet classes. Body suits and tights are also expected for jazz and tap classes as well, however I will allow students to wear jazz pants. I allow a little more leniency for dress for hip hop. Street clothes will be allowed. (A further breakdown will be provided)

Footwear: proper foot wear must be worn. Split sole pink ballet shoes are recommended for ballet class. Split sole black jazz shoes are required for jazz classes and beige tap shoes are required for tap classes. Clean running shoes or jazz shoes will be allowed for hip hop classes.

Hair: should always be pulled back and up off the face for all classes. Ponytails or buns are acceptable.

Absolutely no gum and/or food in class. Only water bottles with water can be brought to class.
